For new and established celebrants

If you’re a new or an established celebrant – consider the benefits of SICA Membership

If you are already a celebrant – just starting out or already well established – and want to have the support of a professional body, then SICA is the place for you.

Full Membership, which is very reasonably priced at only £125 annually, gives you full insurance, opportunities to network and to access ongoing CPD activities.

We also encourage a Celebrant-Led Self-Reflection process with fellow SICA celebrants, which is a wonderful opportunity to deepen an area of your celebrancy practice, in a variety of ways, including shadowing and reflecting on the delivery of a ceremony, or considering the implications of self-guided reading, or a course on your celebrancy work. 

We arrange regular meetings, have an active Facebook group, and the committee is always available to offer guidance, if you require it. You will also have full access to this website and have the chance to build your own profile.

Initially we ask you to join as a Provisional Member – you will be covered by our insurance and will have access to the Facebook page but will have limited access to CPD and the website. Once you have successfully completed a friendly peer review you can become a full member of this growing association. See below for or FAQs and a membership form. Or contact us for more information.
