Member Feedback

Giving feedback to SICA

We are open to members’ feedback and welcome your thoughts on us as an association. We have an ongoing review process in place as to how we perform as an association.

We want to learn, develop, adapt and grow through learning from experience. Not only from our own reflective practice as a committee on your behalf, but also from the thoughts and views of all our members.

Feedback supports SICA’s future objectives, strategies, plans, processes and registered celebrants working practices to ensure we are promoting and supporting the highest standards of Independent Scottish Celebrancy.

We would love to hear your thoughts, suggestions and ideas to enable us to continually improve as an association. If you would like to provide us with your feedback, please use the feedback questions below as a guide, you may only want to provide feedback on one or two questions or all.

Feedback will be welcomed at any point of the year by Diane McLeish on behalf of the committee. Please email diane.ceremonies@gmail.com or use the form below. You may want to consider:

  • What works well for you as a member of SICA?
  • What is perhaps not working so well for you as a member of SICA?
  • What could we be doing differently as an association to support you as a member?
  • What would you like to gain the most from being a member of SICA?
  • What topics would you like to see as part of our annual CPD rota?

Have you any other thoughts, suggestions or comments which would be helpful to us as an association?
