John McRuvie‘s biography

My name is John McRuvie and I am a bespoke Funeral Celebrant. My background over the past thirty years has been public speaking . I also feel that my background fits in well with my undertaking that a Funeral Celebrant requires to be a compassionate, caring and listening individual who is also a highly experienced professional communicator.

I can also help with everything that comes with today’s modern Celebration of life services. From full production of reflection videos to sourcing all the music and its delivery to the chapel. I will take care of all that worry at no extra cost to you.

With almost 200 funeral services completed I believe that it is an honour to officiate at the service of your loved one.  Her are just a few of the many testimonials I have received so far:

Thank You for taking the time you did with us to get to know my Dad, Joe. The time you spent with us was very much appreciated.  The ceremony you delivered on Friday was “Absolutely Beautiful” and everything we wanted for my Dad. Thank You also for making Emma feel comfortable enough to read out her tribute to her Grandad. You really do have a gift John, and we were so lucky to have you by our side at this very sad time.
