Jonathan Buchan‘s biography

Hello, my name is Jonathan Buchan and I am an independent celebrant travelling all across Scotland carrying out special ceremonies.

I am available to conduct Funeral and Memorial Services in any location, as well as Wedding Ceremonies, Renewal of Vows and Baby Naming ceremonies. I will take time and help you make it just right for you.

I have been involved in the Funeral and Wedding Profession since 2000 as an Organist and Singer – a job I found great satisfaction in – I can also sing at your ceremony to give you an additional input – I attach a clip of my singing below.

I started conducting services in 2020 and offer a Professional Personal Service to bereaved families in saying goodbye to their loved one, and I hope to expand the range of services I offer, and I am still always finding new words, new ways to bring meaning to those special days that happen in all our lives.
